Denver Steak - PKG of 2

The Denver Steak, also known as "center cut steak" or "under blade center steak" is a chuck primal cut with nice beefy flavor and a good amount of marbling. The beef chuck is the shoulder area of the cow where the serratus ventralis muscle is located under the blade portion of the chuck roll and because this muscle isn't used much, it tends to be more tender. 

Best cooked on a grill or on the stovetop using a cast iron pan.
