RETURN POLICY
We have a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy due to our products being perishable and cannot
be shipped back and forth. We cannot accept frozen products back for resale, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Gift cards are also not able to be returned or exchanged. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@chugwaterbeefco.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
